Terms & Conditions

Zebment provides cloud-based tools for quotations, invoicing, payments, GST-ready billing, inventory, distributor management, and HR & payroll. Features may be added, changed or removed as the product evolves.

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including any staff or branch users you create.
• Notify us promptly at zebment@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

• Zebment is offered on a subscription basis. Fees, billing cycle and plan features are shown at the time of purchase.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Access to paid features requires an active subscription. If a subscription lapses, access to those features may be suspended until renewal.
• Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use Zebment for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose.
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others or violates any law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform or its security.
• Resell or provide the service to third parties except as expressly permitted (for example, managing your own distributors or branches).

You retain all rights to the data and content you enter into Zebment. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that data solely to operate the service for you. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any data (including personal data of your customers and employees) and for using it in compliance with applicable law.

Zebment, its software, design, logos and content are owned by SolvSutra Software and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you any ownership of the platform itself.

Zebment relies on third-party services such as payment gateways, cloud hosting and messaging providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

We work to keep Zebment available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.

Zebment is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Zebment helps you prepare business and tax documents, but it does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice, and you remain responsible for the accuracy of your filings and records. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolvSutra Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising out of the service shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using Zebment and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that harms others or the platform. On termination you may request an export of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of Zebment after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
